Integrates smart water monitoring with high-performance connectivity to protect businesses and properties from costly disruptions

New York, October 8, 2025 - StreamLabs, a Chubb company that offers smart water monitoring, leak detection and water shut-off devices and systems, today announced a strategic alliance with AnywAIR, a leading provider of high-performance internet solutions for mixed-use and multi-tenant buildings.

The new alliance integrates StreamLabs’ advanced water monitoring and shut-off systems with AnywAIR’s product suite of managed Wi-Fi, automation software, and construction solutions. These technologies will enable developers, property managers, and residents to detect leaks in real-time, shut off water remotely, and act on data-driven insights—all supported by fast, reliable connectivity.
