Chubb Appoints Megan Lynch as Senior Vice President, Sales & Distribution Leader for Accident and Health
WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J., Feb. 27, 2025 – Chubb today announced the appointment of Megan Lynch as Senior Vice President, Sales & Distribution Leader for North America Accident and Health (A&H).
In her new role, Megan will lead sales and distribution initiatives to drive the growth of the North America A&H business, effective March 3, 2025. She will work with the division’s business development managers and underwriters to generate new business opportunities, expand distribution relationships, and promote various A&H insurance products and services.
“Megan's deep industry knowledge and her ability to cultivate strong broker and client relationships make her the ideal candidate to further elevate our Accident and Health business,” said Lauren Gillette, Executive Vice President, Head of North America Accident & Health. “We look forward to her leadership in driving growth and continued expansion of Chubb North America A&H’s market presence."

Megan brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry and most recently served as Chubb’s Senior Vice President of Premier Broker Partnerships for Chubb Workplace Benefits. Since joining Chubb in 2019, she has enhanced relationships with brokers across the U.S. and accelerated the business's growth trajectory.
