Michael oversees the strategy and delivery of Chubb's market-leading claims service across EMEA. With nearly 20 years of experience, Michael has held many claims leadership positions, most recently as Head of Claims for Chubb in Australia & New Zealand. He joined Chubb in Australia in 2012 as a claims specialist within Financial Lines, and previously worked as a lawyer in London.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dundee.
