Elizabeth (Bessie) Kitto is Chief Financial Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Bessie brings more than 15 years of insurance industry experience and has held increasingly senior leadership positions throughout her career. Bessie joined Chubb in 2023 serving as Senior Vice President Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Divisional Financial Officer Consumer Lines Overseas General.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
