The Health product – Extended Hospitalization Support product was created as a comprehensive solution, offering optimal benefits for inpatient treatment and surgery needs. With this product, you can focus on recovering your health without worrying about financial pressures.

1. Hospitalization Support Benefit |
100% of the Face Amount (FA) for each day of hospitalization. |
Paid when the Life Assured (LA) is hospitalized due to illness for at least 3 consecutive days (excluding ICU hospitalization). |

2. ICU Hospitalization Support Benefit |
Additional 200% of the SA (in addition to the benefit in item 1 above) for each day of ICU hospitalization. Maximum of 45 ICU days per policy year and 100 ICU days during the product's validity period. |
3. Surgery Support Benefit |
500% of the FA if the LA undergoes surgery. Maximum of 1 surgery per policy year and no more than 5 surgeries during the product's validity period. |
4. Special Surgery Support Benefit |
Additional 1,500% of the FA (in addition to the benefit in item 3 above) for craniotomy or thoracotomy surgeries. Maximum of 1 surgery per policy year and no more than 5 surgeries during the product's validity period. |
Note: The total number of hospitalization days covered under the Hospitalization Support Benefit and ICU Hospitalization Support Benefit shall not exceed 90 cumulative days per policy year and 1,000 cumulative days per LA during the product's validity period.

III. INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS
Chubb Life will not pay insurance benefits if the insured event occurs due to any of the following reasons:
1. The insured event occurs or begins during the waiting period, except in the case of an accident.
2. Participation in war or acts of war, including invasion or acts of hostility by an enemy nation.
3. Participation in civil war, rebellion/riot, military coup, terrorism, territorial security violations, activities aimed at overthrowing the government, or involvement in any of these acts.
4. Participation in fights or brawls as recorded in official reports by competent authorities, or resisting arrest.
5. Injuries or illnesses caused by alcohol consumption.
6. Influence of drugs or other stimulants.
7. Suicide, attempted suicide, or intentional self-inflicted injury, regardless of mental state.
8. Consequences of operating a vehicle:
o (i) Exceeding the legal speed limit by 5 km/h or more; or
o (ii) With a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit as defined by the Ministry of Health.
9. Participation in extreme sports.
10. Participation in aviation activities, except as a passenger or crew member on regular flights.
11. Treatment for illnesses or injuries listed in the product's non-covered conditions.
12. Cosmetic surgery, organ donation, gender reassignment surgery, or any elective surgery not medically necessary for treating illnesses or injuries.
13. Dental treatment, except when required due to injuries caused by accidents during the product's validity period, and the treatment or surgery must begin within 90 days of the accident.
14. All treatments related to the eyes and/or ears, except when required due to injuries caused by accidents during the product's validity period, and the treatment or surgery must begin within 90 days of the accident.
15. Treatment for AIDS/HIV-related illnesses or sexually transmitted diseases.
16. Experimental treatments, treatments unrelated to illnesses or injuries, or treatments not medically necessary and reasonable.
17. Treatments and/or complications related to pregnancy, childbirth, infertility, artificial insemination, contraception, sterilization, abortion, or circumcision.
18. Treatment for mental or psychological disorders, sleep disorders, or psychiatric conditions.
19. Treatment for alcohol addiction, drug abuse, or complications arising from these causes, including accidental or intentional drug overdose.
20. Treatment for leprosy or at leprosy hospitals or facilities.
21. Congenital or hereditary diseases or abnormalities.
22. Routine health check-ups, vaccinations, convalescence, or medical care requiring only rest.
23. Treatment using traditional medicine, rehabilitation, or physical therapy.
24. All treatments related to illnesses or injuries resulting from exposure to radioactive materials, nuclear waste, nuclear weapons, or biological/chemical weapons.
25. Intentional acts by the Life Assured, Policyholder, or Beneficiary.
26. Pre-existing conditions.
27. Additional exclusions as notified by Chubb Life to the Policyholder based on conditional acceptance of the Life Assured.
