I. INSURANCE BENEFITS

Critical Illness Benefit (Late Stage) |
100% of the Face Amount (FA) of this product. If the Life Assured (LA) is diagnosed with late-stage thyroid cancer: 25% of the SA (up to VND 250 million) will be paid. If the LA is later diagnosed with another illness in Group 1 – Cancer, this benefit will be paid after deducting the amount already paid for late-stage thyroid cancer. If the LA holds more than one insurance policy with critical illness benefits, the total payout for thyroid cancer across all policies is capped at VND 250 million. Maximum of 5 payouts. - The LA must survive at least 14 days from the date the critical illness is diagnosed. - A minimum of 12 months must pass between two consecutive diagnoses of late-stage critical illnesses. |

2. Early-Stage Critical Illness Benefit |
25% of the FA of this product (up to VND 500 million). If the LA is diagnosed with early-stage thyroid cancer: 25% of the SA (up to VND 250 million) will be paid. If the LA is later diagnosed with another illness in Group 1 – Cancer, this benefit will be paid after deducting the amount already paid for early-stage thyroid cancer. In all cases, the maximum payout is VND 500 million. 3. Late-Stage Critical Illness Benefit |

If the LA is later diagnosed with another illness in Group 1 – Cancer, this benefit will be paid after deducting the amount already paid for late-stage thyroid cancer. Special Support Benefit |
5% of the FA of this product (up to VND 250 million) if Chubb Life approves the late-stage critical illness benefit for the LA diagnosed with life-threatening cancer. If the LA holds more than one insurance policy with this benefit, the total payout across all policies is capped at VND 250 million. Paid only once. |

III. INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS
Chubb Life will not pay insurance benefits if the insured event occurs due to any of the following reasons:
1. Congenital conditions, except for illnesses listed in the covered critical illness list.
2. HIV infection, AIDS, or illnesses related to HIV/AIDS, except for HIV infection while performing duties as a healthcare worker or law enforcement officer.
3. Influence of drugs or stimulants (unless prescribed by a doctor and compliant with the law).
4. Suicide, attempted suicide, or intentional self-inflicted injury, regardless of mental state.
5. Critical illness caused by operating a vehicle:
o (i) Exceeding the legal speed limit by 5 km/h or more; or
o (ii) With a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit as defined by the Ministry of Health.
6. Participation in aviation activities, except as a passenger or crew member on regular flights.
7. Participation in extreme sports.
8. Selling organs or body parts.
9. Experimental treatments unrelated to the treatment of illnesses or injuries, or treatments deemed medically unnecessary.
10. Intentional acts by the Life Assured, Policyholder, or Beneficiary.
11. Pre-existing conditions.
12. Critical illnesses diagnosed, treated, or with medical evidence during the waiting period.
13. Additional exclusions as notified by Chubb Life to the Policyholder based on conditional acceptance of the Life Assured.
