2. Letter of notification of damages to the carrier or the party responsible for the damage to the goods
3. Original insurance policy or certificate of insurance
4. Bill of lading or air waybill
5.  Invoice for the goods
6. Weight certificate of the goods
7. Quality inspection report of the damaged goods
8. Receipt of goods indicating damage
9. Photographs of the damaged goods or packaging
10. Damage survey report from the port or airline (if applicable)
