At every stage of a claim, a Chubb claims professional will keep your client informed and mobilise the appropriate services and expertise to resolve a claim quickly. A panel of external experts, such as medical specialists, second opinion medical specialists, security specialists, specialist loss adjusters, lawyers and forensic accountants, will be appointed by Chubb if required. Chubb has also launched a ‘Fast Track Claims’ procedure to efficiently manage lower value, high volume claims.
