The first step is to contact us.


You can:

  • phone us on 0508 464 999 to speak to someone right away, or
  • start the process online using the contact form and we'll be in touch within 1-2 working days.

We'll let you know what information you might need to send us to support your claim.

Submit Claim

You can email us your insurance claim form yourself, through your Adviser if you have one, or we can help you over the phone.

Request Process

We aim to start assessing your claim within five working days of receipt. If we need any more information to complete the assessment, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

The information you need to provide when making an insurance claim will vary depending on the type of claim you are making.

We'll send you a claim form that explains in detail the information you need to provide us to assess your claim.

Once you submit your insurance claim form, Chubb Life aim to start your claim assessment within five working days of receipt.
