For faster claim consideration, please prepare complete documents including,

1. Original insurance policy or certificate of insurance
2. Original delivery note from the carrier and/or invoice or delivery receipt
3. Copy of the police report certified by the investigating officer assigned to the case or document showing the liability of the carrier or the other party involved
4. Copy of the vehicle registration or a copy of the driver’s license for the vehicle involved in the accident and the other party's vehicle
5. Original receipt from the carrier and transport contract
6. Letter of claim for damages that clearly specifies the items of damage
7. Copy of the claim letter from the carrier along with the carrier's acknowledgment letter
