Report an Aviation Claim

 

If you are a Chubb policyholder and wish to make an aviation claim, please start by completing an Aviation Claims Form and submit it by clicking here

 

 

Please include the following information when completing a claims form:

  • Policyholder's name
  • Policy number
  • Type of policy
  • Brief description of the claim
  • Full contact details of the person within your company to whom enquiries relating to the claim should be directed
  • Date of incident
  • Name of claimant

All claims are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the Aircraft Hull and Liability Insurance Policy Wording and the Aviation Premises, Hangarkeepers, and Aviation Products Liability Insurance Policy Wording. Please read this information carefully before making a claim and/or contact your broker or us for more information.
 

Mandatory Reporting to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
All accidents and incidents involving aircraft that lead to damage or injuries must be reported to the CAA. The specific reporting obligations are outlined in Part 12 of the Civil Aviation Rules and can be found on the Government's Aviation website. Reports can be submitted through the Occurence Reporting online form or by calling 0508 ACCIDENT (0508 222 433).
