As Head of Governance & Business Management, Sarah works closely with the Board, CEO and the Senior Leadership Team providing strategic business advice and driving initiatives that enhance governance and decision-making.
Sarah champions organisational integrity, accountability and fair conduct, fostering a culture of strong corporate governance across the enterprise. She joined Chubb Life in 2022, bringing extensive experience from governance roles across multiple industries, including at Financial Advice New Zealand. Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and Associate Member of the Institute of Directors.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and hosting family and friends at her Wellington home.
