Damien Leng is Chubb Life New Zealand’s Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for leading technology and innovation across the business. Damien brings a strong track record in innovation, agile delivery, and transformation within financial services and data consultancy, having held leadership roles at Westpac, CoreLogic, Assurity Consulting, and ASB Bank. He is recognised for his strategic thinking, ability to bridge business and technology, and for consistently delivering customer-led change.
In his role, Damien oversees the development and execution of Chubb Life’s enterprise-wide digital transformation programme, ensuring technology and data initiatives support business growth, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experiences. He also represents Chubb Life New Zealand in global forums, ensuring local needs are reflected in global strategies and that international technology initiatives are successfully implemented.
