Mr. Ray defends a wide range of cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, products liability and general negligence. In addition, he is experienced in defending professional liability cases against freight forwarders and property managers.

Mr. Young is an experienced trial attorney, focusing his practice in employment and labor law issues. He also defends matters involving premises liability, automobile accidents and product liability.

Ms. Barbich is an Associate in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich.  Ms. Barbich currently defends employment litigation cases.

May Mon Post is Lead Attorney in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich, where she is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb's insureds.

Kevin Packer has joined the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich in the Philadelphia Office.  Mr. Packer has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, trial and alternative dispute resolution and has been able to resolve many disputes through informal settlement negotiations, mediation, and settlement conferences.

Michael Harding is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, he was trial counsel at CNA for 13 years.

Bruce Owens is an Associate in the Employment Practice Group of the Philadelphia House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich.  Mr. Owens currently is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb’s insureds, including claims arising under Title VII, American with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal state laws.
