Kevin Packer has joined the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich in the Philadelphia Office. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Packer was casualty defense house counsel for a national insurance company, where he primarily practiced automobile litigation. He has over five years of experience litigating cases with a strong track record of successfully defending complex, high exposure cases. Mr. Packer has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, trial and alternative dispute resolution and has been able to resolve many disputes through informal settlement negotiations, mediation, and settlement conferences.
