May Mon Post is Lead Employment Practices Liability Attorney with Chubb's Pennsylvania House Counsel office of Ray, Post, Young & Barbich, where she is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb's insureds, including claims arising under Title VII, American with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal and state laws.
 
Ms. Post has extensive experience in litigating a wide variety of employment cases and counseling employers with respect to hiring, firing, disciplining, leaves of absence, accommodations, drug testing, and best employment practices.  Ms. Post also has extensive experience in workplace investigations as well as reviewing and revising employee handbooks, policies and procedures.
 
Ms. Post is a frequent author and speaker on employment-related issues.  Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Post worked as an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fisher & Phillips, LLP, a leading national labor and employment law firm.  Ms. Post also worked as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Honors Program with the City of Philadelphia Law Department's Labor and Employment Unit.
