Justina K. Rivera is Supervising Attorney of Chubb’s New York City House Counsel firm, Yapchanyk, Prezioso & Yang. Prior to joining Chubb, Ms. Rivera served as General Counsel and Deputy Comptroller for Legal Affairs at the New York City Office of the Comptroller.
