Erica C. Holder

 

Erica Holder currently practices in the Financial Lines area for Chubb's New York City House Counsel Law Firm, Yapchanyk, Prezioso  & Yang.  Erica represents employers and housing organizations in cases arising under federal, state and local discrimination laws including, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Section 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Housing Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act, as well as the New York State Executive Law, and the New York City Administrative Code. She brings over 15 years of litigation and advisory experience in labor and employment law, having previously served as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she litigated and advised on employment discrimination matters, workplace investigations, and accommodations. Erica also practiced as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department handling negligence, premises liability and labor law actions.
