Relocation of Customer Service Center – effective 4 November 2024

Please note that our main office, office hours, Customer Service Hotlines and other contact details remain unchanged.
Chubb General Insurance Customer Service Center service hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 0900-1730; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are closed.
