How to Pay
Important Note:
To pay by cheque by mail /PPS/Bill Payment/Internet Banking, please make the payment at least three working days before the premium due date.
All payment should be made by policyowner / insured / direct family member of policyowner. Premium should be paid directly to Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited, and NOT to be paid to any other third party (including but not limited to insurance consultants or brokers).
How to Pay
Autopay can be made by bank account or credit card. Please contact your insurance consultant or our Customer Service Center for more details.
Cheques should be crossed (A/C Payee Only) and made payable to 'Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited’ with the policy number and the name of the Insured on the back of the cheque.
