Before a policyholder engages with any incident response or loss mitigation service provider, the policyholder should conduct its own due diligence to ensure the company and its services meet the policyholder’s needs. Unless otherwise indicated or approved, payment for services provided by any loss mitigation service provider is the responsibility of the policyholder.
