Stephen B. Crouch was appointed President Director of Chubb in Indonesia in July 2025. 

Mr. Crouch joined Chubb (ACE) and has previously been the Head of Government Affairs for Chubb in Asia Pacific, with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to lead the company's engagement with government entities and regulators across the region. 

Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, including Country President for Chubb in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, and has been instrumental in mergers, strategic development, and governance initiatives. 

Additionally, Mr. Crouch has served as Board Member of the General Insurance Association of Malaysia and Council Chairman of the Malaysia Motor Insurance Pool, contributing significantly to the insurance sector's growth and regulation in Malaysia.

Adrianto Gunawan became Director of Chubb in Indonesia since December 2014.

Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Adrianto had served as Head of Performance Planning & Management at PT Zurich Topas Life. He also spent 15 years of his career at Tanudiredja, Wibisana and Co. Public Accounting Firm – a member firm of PwC Global Network. Mr. Adrianto holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Indonesia, a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification and Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) certification.

Ani Marlina serves as the Legal Director of Chubb in Indonesia, where she plays a key role in delivering strategic legal guidance, supervising the corporate secretary function, and managing regulatory relations. 

With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, the majority of which focused on the insurance sector, Ms. Marlina brings a deep understanding of the insurance industry. 

Before joining Chubb Indonesia, she held the position of Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary, at one of the leading life insurance companies in Indonesia. She also accumulated more than 11 years of experience as a legal consultant at one of the top law firms in Jakarta. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Padjajaran. 

Rigo Patra Buana is the Claims Director of Chubb in Indonesia.

Mr. Buana joined Chubb in October 2013. His experience in the insurance industry spans more than 20 years, including numorous technical and senior executive roles at PT Asuransi Astra Buana and PT AXA Mandiri General Insurance. Mr. Buana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the Faculty of Industrial Technology at the National Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Special Program Economics from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Padjadjaran.
