Effective January 26, 2026, Chubb Life announces the appointment of Mr. Naresh Krishnan as President Director of Chubb Life Indonesia. Naresh brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in insurance and asset management across Asia, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and India. He has a successful track record of driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions.

As President Director, Naresh will focus on advancing Chubb Life Indonesia’s position as a leading insurance partner by providing innovative and personalized insurance solutions and services for customers, building on the company’s strong foundation, and leading the company into its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining Chubb, Naresh served as President Director at Principal Asset Management Indonesia. He has also held senior leadership roles including Director of Partnership Distribution at AIA Financial Indonesia, President & CEO of Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. Philippines, President & CEO of Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation Philippines, and President Director of Manulife Aset Management Indonesia. He holds an MBA from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College, Madras University. 

Eric Octavianus Lumban Tobing was appointed as one of Chubb Life in Indonesia’s Board of Director in October 2016. Being part of his role, Mr. Eric is responsible for overseeing Legal, Compliance, as well as Corporate Secretary function. 

Mr. Eric has both the breadth and depth of experience in the financial industry, with a career spanning since 1997 which serves a variety of management positions in national and multinational companies. Prior to joining Chubb Life, he spent 15 years working and leading in banking and insurance industry.

Mr. Eric held a bachelor and postgraduate degree from faculty of law University of Indonesia.

Effective as of November 11, 2022, Chubb announced the appointment of Henny Inggriani to the role of Director for Chubb Life Indonesia. Henny is responsible for the Company's Human Resources.

The depth and breadth of Mrs. Henny's experience in human resources span more than 20 years, and she has expertise in a wide range of areas, including driving the strategy plan and initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, corporate culture, change management, and many others.

Prior to working for Chubb Life, she held positions as Country Talent Management at PT AIG Insurance Indonesia, Human Resources Consultant at PT Dunamis Organization Services, a Franklin Covey licensee, and Human Resources Generalist at PT Ernst & Young.

Mrs. Henny holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Indonesia. She is also certified in Chief Risk Officer, TTI Success Insights (DISC), Professional Coach Certification Program, and HCMS Alignment.

Akhiz is Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia with more than 24 years of senior management level experience in acquiring and developing affinity businesses across industries, particularly in insurance, banking and multi-finance.

Currently, Akhiz plays a role in supporting the Company's goal of growing its omni-channel distribution, marketing and communications, product development, and data analytics businesses.

Akhiz holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Swiss-German University, and is actively involved in life insurance industry associations to keep update of the latest developments and utter advocacy for a better and more reliable life insurance business in Indonesia.

Effective October 9, 2025, Chubb announced the appointment of Maria Elvida Rita Dewi, known as Vida, as Director of Chubb Life Indonesia – which she is responsible for the Company’s Financials. Vida has over 30 years of experience in both the life and non-life insurance industries. This extensive background has given her expertise in leading finance, actuarial, investment, and product development functions.

Prior to joining Chubb Life, Vida has held positions as Director of Indonesia Re, Chief Actuary of Sinarmas MSIG, Chief Financial Officer of Bhinneka Life, Chief Actuary of Astra Aviva Life, Financial Group Head of Generali Indonesia, and Head Actuary of Prudential Life Assurance.

Vida completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Indonesia and earned a Master of Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University. She has also obtained several certifications, including Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) from AAMAI, Insurance Company Risk Management (MRPP) from BNSP, Certified Professional Life and Health Insurance (CPLHI) from LOMA, and Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA).

Additionally, Vida registered as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) through the Indonesian Actuaries Association (PAI) and is an Associate of the Indonesian Insurance Institute (AAAIJ) through the Indonesian Management Experts Association (AAMAI).
