In line with the timeline set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) for the implementation of e-Invoicing across the nation, please be informed that effective 1 July 2025, Chubb will begin issuing validated e-Invoices for all its products and services to clients upon request – either at the point-of-purchase or before the month end in which the purchase was made.

During the transitional period from now until 30 June 2025, you will continue to receive your invoices in the existing format. 

Meanwhile, to ensure a smooth transition to e-Invoicing, we greatly appreciate your cooperation in updating your profile with us. Please provide the most current and accurate information for the following:

  1. Name
  2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  3. Registration/Identification/Passport Number
  4. Address
  5. Contact Number
  6. Sales and Service Tax (SST) registration number (if applicable)
  7. Email address – for e-Invoice notification

It is crucial for us to collect these details to ensure compliance with the e-Invoicing requirements and to enable the issuance of validated e-Invoice for you when e-Invoice is fully implemented.
