In line with the timeline set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) for the implementation of e-Invoicing across the nation, please be informed that effective 1 July 2025, Chubb will begin issuing validated e-Invoices for all its products and services to clients upon request – either at the point-of-purchase or before the month end in which the purchase was made.

To facilitate the issuance of e-Invoices, we greatly appreciate your cooperation in updating your profile with us. Please provide the most current and accurate information for the following:

  1. Name
  2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  3. Registration/Identification/Passport Number
  4. Address
  5. Contact Number
  6. Sales and Service Tax (SST) registration number (if applicable)
  7. Email address – for e-Invoice notification

It is crucial for us to collect these details to ensure compliance with the e-Invoicing requirements and to enable the issuance of validated e-Invoice to you.
