Dato' Mohzani Abdul Wahab was appointed to Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad on 2 April 2021.

He graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Economics.

He has over 33 years of experience across various fields, including supply, distribution, branding and communications, marketing and retail management. He retired as the Managing Director of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. and Shell Timur Sdn. Bhd.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Turiya Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia public listed company.

Ms. Susan Yuen Su Min was appointed to the Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad Board of Directors on 14 February 2019.

Ms. Susan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) degree from the University of London, United Kingdom.

She has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has served a number of banking establishments including Maybank and HSBC Malaysia. Before her retirement, she concurrently served as Regional Chief Executive Officer, Asia, of National Bank of Abu Dhabi (now known as First Abu Dhabi Bank), and as Chief Executive Officer of National Bank of Abu Dhabi Malaysia Berhad.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad and Batu Kawan Berhad, all of which are companies listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

She holds a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Mathematics and is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and a faculty member and fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia.

Ms Cheryl Khor has over 23 years of experience in financial, operational, internal audits, risk advisory, sustainability and corporate governance matters.

She began her career with Ernst & Young, Malaysia (“EY”) in 1998 as a Financial Auditor and Chartered Accountant. Throughout her tenure of approximately 15 years at EY, she was promoted to various positions, with her last position in EY as a Director in 2010. 

She left EY in 2013 and joined Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd (now known as Deloitte Malaysia SR&T Solutions Sdn Bhd) (“Deloitte”), as Partner with the title of Malaysia Enterprise Risk Services Leader. She was appointed as Managing Director of Deloitte in 2014  and held this position until 2021. Throughout her tenure of approximately 8 years at Deloitte, she held various leadership roles including Accounting & Internal Controls Leader for the Asia Pacific region. 

Currently, she sits on the board of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Hong Leong Industries Berhad and Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, all of which are companies listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. 

He obtained a Bachelor in Economics with Honours from the Universiti of Malaya, Malaysia, a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio University, United States and a Doctor of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He is an Associate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute and a Qualified Risk Director of the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Among his highlights, he had earlier been the CEO and Director of an insurance broker (1997 to 1998) and later as the CEO of an insurance company (Tokio Marine Insurans (M) Berhad) from 2010 to 2014.

He helmed his own consultancy from 2015 until 2021 providing consultancy services to insurance company. He is currently a director of Kelab Golf Negara Subang.

He obtained a Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences from the Universite Laval, Quebec, Canada in 1997. He has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Mr. Bouchard is the Regional Chief Financial Officer for Chubb in the Asia Pacific Region. He has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry having held numerous senior executive roles in various multinational corporations during his 20 year career.

In 2012, he joined Chubb APAC as the Chubb Group’s Financial Controller for the Asia Pacific region and was promoted to the Chubb Group’s Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific region, in 2015. His responsibilities include overseeing the financial functions of the Chubb Group in the Asia Pacific region and other related matters.
