Job scope/Position summary:
- Execute life insurance sales activities, which include introducing, soliciting, negotiating, offering, and selling insurance solutions, arranging the closing of insurance policies and other activities under the authorization of the Company
- Develop individual sales/marketing strategies and promote all types of life insurance contracts
- Consider corporate and/or individual customers’ needs in connection with their financial status and propose insurance solutions that meet their criteria
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
- Trained to become Chubb Life future senior leaders
Requirements:
- Strong desire for success coupled with hungriness for unlimited/super income and hence willing to rise to meet challenges
- Ability to work towards goals
- Diligent/Attention to detail - Ability to communicate, present fluently and effectively
- Ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships
- ≥ 25 years old; BA in finance, business, economics, or a related field are advantages
