Agency Manager

- Recommend, nominate, select and recruit Financial Advisors

- Manage, supervise and lead the subordinate team to perform all insurance/finance KPIs which include/cover sales/recruitment/management activities, quality controls and services provided to customers

- Analyse/identify target markets and how they relate to unique/appropriate products

- Implement company sales/training/MKT programs

· Mentoring, coaching, teamwork, management and leadership skills

· Strong communication/ presentation

· Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress · Analysing all kinds of relevant data/reports, conducting market research, tracking sales/recruitment performance

· Creating and implementing business strategies and goals

· Ability to work with ownership mindset in solving problems and analysing the consequences of issues/crisis

· Dedication to providing the greatest customer service

· ≥ 30 years old

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

· ≥ 2 years of experience as a sales manager role

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management
