Gregory Walthall is a Senior Attorney with Chubb's Westchester House Counsel firm Varvaro, Cotter, Bender & Walthall. Mr. Walthall has a proven track record of trying cases to verdict and handling appeals in complex and high exposure cases in areas such as products liability, construction accident/labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, employment, directors and officers liability, and others.
Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Walthall served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County where he prosecuted many types of criminal cases and tried several of them to verdict.
Mr. Walthall has taught many continuing legal education courses and has delivered letures on legal topics for his institutional clients.
