Maureen E. Peknic is an attorney for Chubb's New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso, Yapchanyk & Yang. She graduated from New York Law School in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Peknic was the Vice Chair of the New York Law School Moot Court Association and was awarded Best Oral Advocate at Catholic University School of Law's Sutherland Cup Constitutional Law Moot Court competition in 2004. After graduating law school, she worked for a private defense firm practicing in premises liability, construction accidents and general negligence. She joined Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk in December 2009 and her practice areas include general, premises, and automobile liability.
