Robert C. Graves-Grimal

Bio

Robert C. Graves-Grimal is an attorney in the Employment Practices Group of Chubb’s New Jersey House Counsel firm, Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner. He focuses on defending employers and management in employment-related litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation suits.

Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Graves-Grimal was Counsel at a national law firm, where he defended businesses in employment litigation matters. He later served as a Senior Claim Director at Chubb, managing a caseload of complex Employment Practices Liability claims.

Mr. Graves-Grimal received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School. After completing his legal education, Mr. Graves-Grimal served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
