Wynetta D. McIntosh,
Wynetta McIntosh is an Associate in Chubb's Chicago House Counsel office of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Wynetta was an Assistant General Counsel in the Federal Litigation Unit at the Board of Education of the City of Chicago. In that role, she represented Chicago Public Schools and its agents in litigation pending primarily in the Northern District of Illinois, as well as administrative forums. She began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court of Cook County and has extensive experience in employment and civil rights litigation. Wynetta currently represents employers and non-profit organizations in civil rights, employment, and director & officer liability litigation in both federal and state courts, the EEOC, IDHR, and other administrative agencies.
