Her areas of practice include all areas of general liability, premises liability, personal injury, Directors and Officers, homeowners and condominium law, defamation and professional liability errors & omission claims against property managers and staffing agencies.

Jeff Bogert is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero.  Mr. Bogert is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in construction law and currently defends all types of property and casualty liability cases, including construction defect, premises liability, and products liability cases.

Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Quow worked for a full service, general defense law firm that provided legal services to the insurance industry, corporate risk management and commercial clients throughout the state of Florida.
