Patricia Boyce Iassogna is an employment attorney in Chubb's New Haven House Counsel firm of Musco & Iassogna. She is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in employment litigation in both Federal and State courts as well as before governmental administrative agencies. Ms. Iassogna's litigation practice is dedicated to the defense of employers against claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contractual issues, family medical leave laws, protected speech, defamation, workers compensation claims, and related tort claims. She represents a vast array of clients across the state of Connecticut in a wide spectrum of industries, and devotes time to counseling employers on resolving employment disputes both before and during litigation. Her practice area includes defending clients in cases alleging professional errors & omissions.
