Mr. Genovese currently works in the Property Casualty Litigation Group of the firm, where his litigation practice is focused on suits involving claims of Automotive Liability, Construction Liability, Premises Liability, Complex Casualty Claim, as well as Wrongful Death and Large Loss claims.
