Niloo Savis has joined the Employment Law Practice Group of the California House Counsel firm of Armijo, Morovati, & Shields, in the Los Angeles Office. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Savis’ litigation background included experience working in large private law firms as well as founding a boutique law firm representing employers and employees in a variety of employment law matters throughout California. She has also successfully handled cases on behalf of Chubb insureds during this time. Ms. Savis has 29 years of litigation experience representing employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She has a strong record of successfully defending class action, complex, and high exposure cases. She has represented high net worth individuals and businesses, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, in multimillion dollar disputes. As a skilled negotiator, she has also favorably resolved many disputes through informal settlement negotiations, mediation, and mandatory settlement conferences.
