- Chubb Crisis Assistance for Excess and Umbrella offers a $300,000 aggregate limit or 3% of each occurrence limit shown of the policy (whichever is less). Coverage is automatically provided on all Commercial Umbrella insurance policies. Crisis Assistance enables a Chubb Insured to hire a pre-approved crisis assistance service provider for immediate assistance
