Ombudsman is a communication channel, impartial and independent, that the Chubb Group companies provide to their customers and employees.

Its duty is to act in accordance with the rules that govern customers rights and to mediate, clarify, prevent and/or solve possible conflicts.

This communication channel can only be used when clients and employees do not reach an acceptable solution for their complaints, through the companies traditional means of services (Customer Service, Contact us, Claims, among others).
