Samantha Froud

Chief Administration Officer, Bermuda Operations

Samantha Froud is the Chief Administration Officer for Chubb’s Bermuda Operations. Ms. Froud is responsible for the human resources function, budgeting, facilities management, business continuity planning, and administrative oversight for Chubb Bermuda. Ms. Froud also has accountability for executive and board of director compensation matters. Previously, she served as Group Financial Controller, managing the company’s group reporting process, as well as the corporate accounting function.

Before joining the company, Ms. Froud held several positions with Heddington Insurance Limited from 1993 to 2001, including Senior Vice President, Comptroller, Manager of Financial Reporting/ Insurance Accounting, and Assistant Manager of Insurance Accounting. She also was Auditor/ Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1990 to 1993.

Ms. Froud holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and a diploma in business administration from Bermuda College. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Bermuda.
