David Chaumont

Chief Financial Officer, Chubb Tempest Re

David Chaumont is responsible for financial and operational oversight, including internal and external reporting processes, forecasting and planning, internal controls, and the statutory compliance function for the company's reinsurance business globally.

Mr. Chaumont joined the company's reinsurance operations in Bermuda in 2003. He has taken on roles of increasing responsibility within the Chubb Tempest Re Group involving all regions of the business including Chubb Tempest Re USA and Chubb Tempest Re Canada, and more recently, Chubb Tempest Re International and Chubb Tempest Re Bermuda.

Before joining Chubb, Mr. Chaumont had finance roles at Deloitte & Touche in Bermuda and Allied Irish Banks in Dublin.
